RISK AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To promote a risk aware environment by working with the Principal Officer in supporting the execution of the enterprise risk management framework within Mmila Advisory Services. To assist with the implementation of risk and compliance within Mmila Advisory Services
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Risk and Compliance management:

- Annually performs Mmila Advisory Services (MAS) money laundering and terrorism financing risk assessment, prepares report for approval and conducts compliance checks on documents and performs due diligence on high-risk clients for MAS. •
- Assist with developing and Implementing MAS risk management and compliance policies. •
- Manage and respond to risk and compliance incidents Including conducting of investigations and preparing reports and implementing corrective actions. •
- Liaises with the regulatory bodies on issues relating to MAS and licenses under operation and Implements key controller vetting and product vetting submission to the regulator. •
