JOB PURPOSE Serves as a trusted and strategic partner to business leaders, playing a key role in the organisation's success by integrating HR practices with business objectives. The role involves managing a range oF activities, projects, and HR services throughout the employee liFecycle. You will also collaborate with the regional HR team to translate business needs into top-quality HR solutions. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Over 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a Human Resource Business Partner role Comprehensive knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards in Botswana Proven track record of partnering with executive leaders and building strong relationships Expertise in talent management, development, and performance management Experience in leading change management initiatives KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Offer expert HR advice and guidance to business leaders Design and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives Oversee talent acquisition, including workforce planning, talent mapping, and development initiatives Provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement Promote a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement strategies
