Main Purpose of the Job Under the general guidance of the Director of Quality Assurance, this role provides quality management advice and support across various university operations The position is resooruible far developing, establishing, and oversee.ng the implementation of quality standards and measures for bath academic and administrative services, ensuring alignment with the university's strategic goals and mission. Additionally, the role assists the Director in monitoring and maintaining the university's quality management system to ensure high level: of compliance. Qualifications and Experience

•
• Master's Degree in Educational Management and a Specialist Quality Management Certificate.
•
• Membership of relevant professional body.
•
• At east six years experience, as a Quality Practitioner in an educational establishment

Key Performance Areas

•
• Provide specialist expertise in the development implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes across the university.
•
• Monitor the quality of processes and services produced by different university operations to ensure they meet the needs of consumers and adhere to global best practices.
•
• Develop and establish quality assurance standards for inrversity products and services, monitor implementation and prepare reports.
•
• Conduct internal audita to measure and assure adherence to university standards, statutory and professional or technical requ irements.

• Conduct competency development learning interventions for new and existing academic and support st3ff.
•
• Develop and keep updated quality management 'best practice manuals to guide staff and ‘acuity to .ntegrate quality management Into their operations
