Job offer: Senior Structural Design Engineer

Qualifications: Prospective applicants must have a minimum Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B. Eng) degree in Civil Engineering and must be an ERB Professionally Registered Engineer. Experience: Minimum of 20 years of satisfactory service as a Senior Structural Engineer in a reputable organization. Other Requirements:

• Prospective candidates must be proficient in Prokon or MIDAS software suite for structural analysis and design and must be able to use AutoCAD or similar drafting software.
•
• Must have sound engineering experience in design, management and construction supervision of building projects, water management structures and mine structures.
•
• Must have experience in the design and construction supervision of concrete and concrete/steel composite bridges.
•
• Team player with at least 5 years of experience as head of a design team.
•
• Must be competent in tendering, preparing design reports and technical reports.
•
• Must have experience in structural integrity assessment of existing buildings.
•
• Must be able to communicate efficiently with Clients, project stakeholders and business partners.
