Review Terrible and Useless

We were told sprint couriers will be open on Monday we said its a public holiday and they said they will be open, NOW we eventually got someone to get hold of them for our package which is extreamly important and we need it tomorrow and the man which we believe owns the business or a manager keeps giving excuses why we must go to him to get our package. WHAT THE HELL U DELIVER NOT US, we still have not got our package and my father can no longer go to Germany for work
