The poorest customer service in the world.
I had to request a quotation for air conditioners 3 times from the receptionist, Modiane, who does not speak English well and further appears to have poor comprehension of English. Then we struggled for her to transfer me to someone who could assist. The next person, a lady, refused to provide me with a quotation for 2 LG air conditioner units and an estimated quotation for installation and labour. I then spoke with that lady's supervisor or boss when I had asked to speak to the owner. This gentleman indicated that he did not know how to transfer calls and asked that I call the receptionist in order to speak with James Leech/ Leach, the owner. I called back to the receptionist, Modiane, she indicated that James had just left, that she did not know his cell phone number. When i asked for his email address her response was that his email was currently not working, I asked again for his email address indicating that surely at some point it will be working, then Modiane hung up the phone! The worst customer service in the world! How on earth can they make money with employees who treat customers like this..
