I send a Swift transfer to one of your customers, Amelia Mokubung, through FNB Johannesburg. For some or other reason, she could not access the money form your branch. I regularly enquired at FNB and Ms Mokubung made regular enquiries at your branch. All she was told was that you had not received the money. Two and half weeks later, the money was sent back and my account credited. After all this time, it would seem, you had received the money, but failed to pay it to your customer.
It is a disgrace that you treat your customers in this way. It was all lies and disinterest by you and FNB.
