Question for Roads Department Head Office

Good afternoon. Can you please inform the public why 4 speed bumps were constructed at the Old Naledi railway level crossing. They have caused untold traffic congestion. There are already rumble strips & drivers are wary of trains, Its a busy crossing so speeding cars cannot speed. The speed bumps have made a busy road a congestion nightmare
