Question for L S C BOTSWANA (PTY) LTD

I was told it was possible for an employee like me to be sponsored to do part time studying for certificates and also diplomas,and if i passed then your company takes a claim from the government,so my question is does LSC BOTSWANA sponsor? Iam an employee of PST Sales and Distribution working as a merchandiser in Palapye..
