Question for First National Bank Of Botswana Limited

My account has been frozen for over a year.I am currently living abroad,but l would like to keep it open.I have provided requested documents, but they were rejected because they are in a foreign language which l find it difficult to translate,can you help? My account is kept at Maun branch.
