Question for Panasonic Business Systems

I have bought a car from Durban even though it was from Japan and the car came with a Panasonic Strada CN_MW250D radio. The radio does not repond when pressing any button or play anything both disc, sd card or memory stick. The radio wrote japaness with SDHC along the words.
