Develop handbooks and toolkits for training of new employees and on the job training programmes for all employees for continued workplace learning;
7. Downsizing /Retrenchments procedures
Develop downsizing/retrenchment guidelines following organizational assessments and restructuring processes and procedures, Retrenchment Counselling, exit planning;
8. Workplace Training and Development Plans /Empowerment Programmes
Develop and implement workplace skills development plans that are aimed at equipping employees with skills that will help them meet performance expectations and to develop competent and competitive work teams (induction, short term corporate training).
9. Creating a conducive and enabling work environment
Develop mentorship and coaching programmes, team building activities, effective supervision, manage relations between management and staff, staff welfare programmes, support systems (peer education and counseling), image building and organizational positioning.
