Gaborone Electronics was established / incorporated in 1993, with Registrar of Companies in Gaborone by Mr Ivan Pribil (Electrical Engineering – University of Belgrade) and Mrs Mira Pribil (Civil Engineering – University of Belgrade). Intent was to establish Gaborone Electronics as the Electrical Contracting Company that would provide various services in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Security and later on with Laundry, Catering and Dry Cleaning Services in Botswana.

Gaborone Electronics is currently one of the leading suppliers of Industrial Laundry, Catering and Dry Cleaning Equipment. Gaborone Electronics is the sole Authorised Agent since 1998, for LEAD Laundry & Catering (Pty) Ltd who is one of the largest laundry and catering equipement importers in the Southern

Gaborone Electronics has also been appointed by various brands in the kitchen, refrigeration, cold & freezer room, ice machine, bakery and butchery industries worldwide as well as from South Africa. To name the few brands we represent: Allied Catering, Capdan, Hallde, Cambro, BCE, Anvil, Scotsman, Anchor Catering, Just Refrigeration, Franke / ZIP, SinkMaster, MacAdams, Vulcan, Ventpro, Ansul, etc.

On the 20th Anniversary, Gaborone Electronics evolved into GE Laundry & Catering in order to be more recognised in the local maket thus creating a new brand.
