When I arrived home I found 2 slider mix, I returned to the store. They told me the shift is gone, I will come tomorrow

But they exchanged and give me rock my soul meal which I ordered,

Because I couldn't open those sliders between, i left to home and to my surprise i found(check the picture below)

And the manager who helped told gore she cant help me kete fa manager yo neng a theogetse le shift eo ale teng. I had to walk from town to home which is almost kilometers because nek sena madi I waisted my money returning to the store. And that money was not on the budget for their mistake. How am I going to be helped?
