Review Incompetence and poor customer service

I payed for my luggage to be transported from Palapye to Gaborone and specifically told them where to drop them off. To my suprise, they passed me by the stop and told me to get my luggage at the bus rank. When I got to the bus rank they are no where to be found and their phones are switched off.
