Review Inefficiency and Ineffectiveness

Mogoditshane sub landboard has proofed to be the most inefficient land board, there is no sense of urgency in any matter one brings to their attention
Application for a lease takes the half a year and am still waiting i never got a tangible answer to why we are not being assited, why I should wait the whole year to get a lease
Not fair at all. when do we start the developmenet of our plots when people are not willing to assist us
