Review rasesa black out

muchudi BPC you messing up my appliances. there is never a week that goes by without a power balck out. what ever the issue is it needs to identified and sorted out. i have been living in rasesa for a year now and if these black outs have been the norm i feel sorry for those who have been living there longer than i. please on bended knees can you stop the black out. be it its windy, raining, sunny or otherwise, always there is a black out. what is the issue and why is it not being fixed.
