My package took just 4 days from the USA to Gaborone via UPS and now its been stuck with Trioptimum for 3 days already and the disgusting thing is that there's no communication from them whatsoever and their phones are not being answered either. It defeats the whole purpose of using a courier.

Going through the same problem. My package has been here for over a week and i only found out about it when i called them. Very very poor service from UPS Botswana. Fedex did a better job with my last package.

This is really terrible for business because I am currently experiencing the same challenge with UPS Botswana (Tri-Optimum) our package arrived on the 13 June 2018 and took me following up with them to be notified of its arrival and the clearing fees required, it took some more days of phoning and emailing before I could be furnished with the clearing invoice and bank details, it took almost a week for them to acknowledge the proof of payment I sent them (again after follow up) and today (6 July 2018) it's almost 2 weeks still waiting for delivery after submission of POP. Surely TriOptimum can improve their service.
