Ngina Safaris - Botswana - Kasane

I had a terrible overall experience at ngina safaris. From the accommodation to the fishing, the management were dishonest and not well equipped to advise us on where to fish even though Ngina safaris is advertised as a fishing camp. The service offered was really bad. No body took responsibility for anything from the owner to the managers. For a basic camp that's so far out of the center of kasane their exorbitant prices they charge is a compete rip off for the type of accommodation. There advertised price Is not the true price. If u are gonna stay there make sure everything is in black and white. To top it all off, they don't provide a card facility. That should be a basic for all in the hospitality industry.
