Fine Pharmaceuticals ‘Fine Pharma’ was incorporated in 2003. It took over the business operations of Caps Botswana which was founded in Botswana in the early eighties.
Its principal activities were general pharmaceuticals and cosmetics wholesaling. Through organic growth and a series of acquisitions of new agencies the company has continued to expand its portfolio.
In 2014, Fine Pharma became a part of the Imperial Logistics, a division of the Imperial Holdings. Today, leveraging existing Imperial infrastructure, capacity and expertise to support our growth and service offering Fine Pharma offers first class health and personal care solutions to both local and regional markets.
